As early as you can, especially for June to September and public holidays, when coaches and drivers are in high demand. Requests at short notice are welcome too; they are answered as soon as an operator can confirm a vehicle.

Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece and Romania, for trips within one country and between them. Requests for other destinations are quoted when a partner operator can run them.

Yes. Transfers are arranged to and from the airports of the region, among them Tirana (TIA), Pristina (PRN), Skopje (SKP), Ohrid (OHD), Podgorica (TGD), Tivat (TIV), Thessaloniki (SKG), Athens (ATH), Corfu (CFU) and Bucharest (OTP), and the ferry ports of Durrës, Vlorë and Sarandë. Give your flight or ferry details in the request so the pickup can be planned around your arrival.

Yes. Trips between Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece and Romania are common. The operator's vehicle travels with the insurance documents needed abroad, such as the green card where it is required. Each passenger needs a valid passport or ID card accepted at the borders on the route, and a visa if their nationality requires one. Name every country on the route in your request so the offer covers it. Waiting times at the border are outside our control.

Minivans with 8+1 seats, minibuses with about 16 to 20 seats, midibuses with about 25 to 35 seats and coaches with up to about 65 seats. The exact vehicle and its number of seats are stated in each offer.

Yes, every vehicle comes with a professional driver of the licensed operator, holding the licence required for passenger transport. Drivers follow the legal driving and rest times, so long days or multi-day tours may need a second driver or overnight stops; the offer states what is planned.

One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger fit in most vehicles. Mention large or extra items, sports equipment or bicycles in your request so the operator offers a vehicle with enough space or a luggage trailer.

Child seats can be arranged on request. Give the number of seats and the children's ages in your request; availability depends on the operator and is confirmed in the offer.

After you accept an offer you receive an invoice and can pay online by card or by bank transfer, as shown on the invoice. The offer states what the price includes.
